In 2002, after a long tour, Claude Nougaro got back on stage alone, without his musicians, for the first time in his long career. To live a new adventure and put himself at risk, he used to say. This DVD is a great opportunity to meet him again in the beautiful setting of Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, for « Fables de ma fontaine » which was to be the very last show performed by the Poet of the South. It was both critically and publicly acclaimed.
