Dialect Music, is the story of the encounter between talented musicians and an atypical rapper. Coming from the suburbs of Lyon, Gassam aka Gas, does research in biology by day and is a rapper by night. The will to fight against labels and prejudice is his main goal, curiosity his main asset. He grows up on stage among various formations (IPM, Medina, Octopussy). this unique searcher dissect Man in all his angles and aspects, with some elastic flow cleverly mixing everyday life with imaginary and magic.

On this album Gas, supported buy a finely crafted production, delivers a polymorphic flow between rap, slam and chant with rich and subtle lyrics. The influences are many : Serge Gainsbourg, Outkast, or The Meters. With a different and enthusiastic look at our world, DIALECT MUSIC bring fresh air in the French musical landscape.
