BRK – DIY webradio, label & parties
BRK, non profit organisation founded in 2005, is involved in the development of the breakcore, alternative weird electronics, scene in Lyon France. BRK started around a 24-7 free webradio broadcasting tracks, lives and mixes and the organisation of events dedicated to alternative and party-time events.
Quickly, through developing relations with artists, the idea of compilations bringing together local French and international artists imposed itself. Together with the comps, the development of special relationships with some artists quickly motivated us to distribute their productions, first as digital files (free archives available on our site) and more recently as strictly limited edition cdr (with or without digital release).
